Community Halls

The Neighbours’ Hall was given by the Reverend and Mrs Percival Pott in 1924 for recreational and social use by the villagers of Great Milton, Little Milton and The Haseleys – hence the name and location of the building (Church Lane, next door to Le Manoir).

The Reverend and Mrs Pott set up a Charitable Trust to be administered by the Church of St Mary’s of Great Milton. The day-to-day running of the Hall is undertaken by the Neighbours’ Hall Management Committee which welcomes the interest of new members.

The Neighbours' Hall is a large and recently refurbished community hall with central heating and a well-equipped kitchen. The Hall benefits from a bar, a stage and a smaller room opening onto an enclosed patio garden area with garden seating which overlooks Le Manoir's orchard. There is ample car parking available. The Hall is ideal for community groups, children’s parties, family get-togethers, company functions, weddings and special celebrations. Recently installed DMX colour-changing LED lighting adds special effects for dances, live music, and theatre. The Neighbours' Hall is available for hire by the hour or the day.

The smaller room, The Orchard Room, can be hired separately for small groups and business meetings.

The Hall is licensed to hold 100 people and is available for hire by the hour (£15) or full-day (£120) and includes the use of kitchen and equipment. All bookings will be made in line with current government guidelines with regards to the Hall capacity.
